All flowers need to be cared for.

If the flowers you receive have been arranged in floral foam, please ensure that you top up with water daily, taking care not to overfill. If the flowers have been arranged in a bouquet as cut flowers, always recut the stems on an angle prior to placing them in a vase.

Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline as they contain bacteria. Always place any flowers away from draughts, direct heat and sunlight. Use the flower food provided or a wee drop of bleach, this will help your flowers last longer.

Frequently asked questions

What if no-one is home when a delivery is made?

All bouquets delivered from our store are wet packed for ultimate freshness upon arrival at their destination. This will allow for flowers to be protected until they can be arranged in a vase. Let us know when ordering should you require a later delivery time in the day.

If I require special colours and flowers how much notice do you require?

While most seasonal flowers are readily available, it pays to contact us as soon as you know what you will be requiring for any particular time or occasion. This allows us to source from the best possible supply.

What if I give an incorrect delivery address?

While we endeavour to take all care with deliveries, please ensure all your delivery details are correct as we will need to charge for any additional delivery requirements due to being given incorrect information.

Do I need to make an appointment for wedding consultations?

Wedding appointments are essential to enable us to give our undivided attention to the details of your special day. All wedding consultations are currently with the owner Anne Gough, who brings you her many years of international floral design experience. You will not be disappointed.

At what stage do I need to contact you to discuss flowers for my wedding?

This depends on your wedding date as some seasons are busier than others but generally the earlier the better. 6-10 months prior to your wedding is often sufficient to secure our services. Because we specialise in wedding design we do limit the bookings for any given weekend.

Do you offer wedding packages?

We prefer to attend to each wedding with individual style and design.

Our pricing and design are governed by many factors; the seasonal flower choices, volumes, colours and budgets are but a few items we take into consideration with each wedding consultation. Because each wedding is as individual as each bride one package will not fit all. Call us to obtain an appointment for your initial consultation. Is your online buying safe?

Our online shopping cart uses 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal and payment details are kept secure every step of the way. Although your contact details are kept in our system, your payment methods are not!
